How do I register?

We have strived to keep everything streamlined on the Rallivo website. The registration process is straightforward and secure. Simply fill in the required fields and submit your request. On-screen instructions will guide you through the process of verification. How do I log in?

On the home page of the Rallivo website simply click on the Log in button and enter the details provided during the registration process.

What if I forget/want to reset my password?

If you forget your password, simply click on the Forgot Password link next to the password box and you will be guided through the process of regaining access to your account.

If you wish to reset your password, simply log in as normal to your account. You will find the link to reset your password in your account details. Click on the link and you will be guided through the process.

How do I introduce/invite a company to join Rallivo?

Once registered with Rallivo, you can search for a company by email address. If the email address is found in the application it will display the certificates belonging to that company; if the company is not registered, an option is provided to send an invitation. An email is then sent to the email address searched, inviting that user to the platform.

Who will be able to see my information?

Confidentiality is at the heart of the software; your customer list or supply chain cannot be determined by any other platform user. Only your own personal data and supplier/customer relationships are visible to you.

Is my information secure?

Developed with the latest legislation in mind, Rallivo has powerful security features; a combination of AES-256 and RSA-2048 encryption algorithms to protect personal data and supplier-related relationships. Be reassured you are in very safe hands.

How will I know if a certificate expires?

The software will highlight to you any certificates that are due for renewal. Rallivo will automatically contact you with an alert to inform you of any changes so that you are aware immediately. This will be in the manner you specified, either email and/or text message. All certificates will be presented for viewing in real time, a huge boost to the auditing process.
